Foundation Repair
Crack repair, slab leveling, structural reinforcement, and underpinning for settling foundations. We start with a real inspection so you only pay to fix what is actually moving, not what looks scary on the surface.
Learn moreFoundation repair, new pours, slabs, retaining walls, and drainage across Palmdale, Lancaster, and the surrounding desert valley.
NVE Foundation is a Palmdale based foundation and concrete contractor serving homeowners, builders, and property managers across the Antelope Valley. Foundation problems rarely fix themselves, and the longer they wait the more expensive they get. Cracks widen, doors stop closing, slab tile starts to lift, and the eventual repair turns into something that should have been a smaller job two years ago. Our crew handles the full scope of residential and light commercial foundation and concrete work. That includes foundation repair for settling homes, slab leveling, structural reinforcement, new footings and slabs for additions and ADUs, retaining walls sized for your soil and grade, the drainage work that keeps water away from the foundation in the first place, and the inspection report you need to know whether something you are seeing actually needs to be addressed today. We pull our own permits with the city, coordinate with engineers when the work requires a stamped drawing, and stay on the job through the final inspection so you are not left chasing paperwork. Free inspections, written estimates, and an honest read on what your foundation actually needs are the baseline. We will tell you when the right answer is to monitor and revisit in a year, and we will tell you when the right answer is to act now.
